Definitions
  • “We/us/our”: West of England Road Safety Partnership
  • “Scheme”: Keep your wheels campaign
  • “Kitty”: Amount of incentive an individual has earned on the scheme
The financial incentives for the scheme are:
  • Completing 12 x monthly quizzes = £20
  • Attending a Go-Karting Session = £20
  • Complete One to One Training = £20
  • Keep a clean driving licence for 12 months = £20
  • Provide documents (MOT, CBT, Insurance and Driving Licence after 12 months) = £20
  • The total amount anyone will be eligible for after 12 months on the scheme will be no higher than £100.
Lose cash by:
  • Getting 1-5 points on driving licence.  Lose £20
  • Getting banned from riding.  No cash!
  • Not sending us copies of your legal documents – insurance certificate, CBT certificate, MOT or proof of service (if vehicle is less than 3 years old) and Part 2 of driving licence after 12 months.
Small Print
  • The start date for the Keep Your Wheels is the 11th June 2007.
  • Members who signed up before 1st January 2010 are eligible to transfer to the ‘new’ keepyourwheels scheme if they are less than 6 months into their membership.
  • The promoter for this scheme is the West of England Road Safety Partnership. c/o Bristol City Council, Floor 4, Wilder House, Wilder Street, Bristol, BS2 8PH.
  • Our decisions in respect of any aspect of this promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The ‘Keep Your Wheels’ campaign is only open to people aged between 16 and 24 years old, whose permanent address is within the council districts of Bristol CC, South Gloucestershire CC, North Somerset CC and Bath and North East Somerset CC, and have passed their CBT no longer than 6 months prior to registration to the scheme.
  • Members who are over the age of 24 years, but registered before 04/02/2009 will still be eligible for this promotion.
  • Only one registration per person will be allowed.
  • All personal details retained will not be passed to any Third Party.
  • Any negative factors that result in a kitty reduction are non-negotiable.
  • We reserve the right to pay out only when all stated eligibility criteria has been met. This includes a photocopy of the individual’s CBT certificate, a photocopy of Part 2 of their Driving Licence (to be sent at the end of the 12 months membership period), Insurance Cover Letter and an MOT certificate being sent to us within the 12 month of membership of the scheme.
  • Members must attend and complete a Go Karting session to receive £20 credit.
  • Members must attend and complete a One to One session to receive £20 credit.
  • Members must complete all 12 x quizzes to receive £20 credit.
  • Members must have a clean licence after 12 months of membership to receive £20 credit.
  • Endorsements picked up prior to registering with keepyourwheel.com do not affect your £20 credit for keeping a clean licence. However, Members will receive no monies should they collect 6+ penalty points at the end of the 12 month membership.
  • We reserve the right to increase and decrease an individual’s kitty amounts as we see fit.
  • A driving ban at any point during scheme membership will result in automatic disqualification from the scheme.
  • Final payment of total kitty will be paid to the individual within 2 months after completion of the 12 month scheme.
  • We reserve the right to close the scheme at any point. If this is the case, no more kitty payments will be made to anyone eligible after the closure date.
